Do teenagers think that Twitter is lame?

I heard that only about 11% of 12-17 (not even all teenagers, I wonder about 18 and 19 year olds) use twitter. They would prefer Text messages, MySpace, and Facebook. instead of twitter. I'm am in my mid teens (only 1 age to be in Mid Teens, 16) and I use twitter I wonder if any 13 - 19 year olds use twitter and/or Text messaging %26amp; other social networking websites. I use %26amp; would use all, personally.Do teenagers think that Twitter is lame?

Almost none of my friends have twitter. What's the point? I hate it. I have one, but it's inactive. Everyone just texts and uses facebook. Maybe it will grow more popular, and if other people start using it maybe I will, but everyone seems to just stick to facebook and texts.





You get too many strangers following you on twitter, and it seems like it's mostly a place for companies/bands/celebrities etc. to publicize themselves and not actually a place to socialize.

I'm 26 and I don;t go on Twitter, but then again it was only less then a year ago that I started using facebook.
