I really need help losing weight. Im 15, 5'5'' and 140 pounds. i really want to be 120 before summer. is there anybody around my age that knows any good diets or exercises? like if you've tryed something and it worked good for you. please help me, im so sick of weighing this much. Oh and im also a girl.Advice from teenagers about losing weight?
hi im 15 im about 5'3 and up until about a year ago i was unhappy with my weight. i was never fat but i wanted a smaller tummy
i became a vegetarian for a wide variety of reasons but i never knew what a great decision it would be!
i began following the food pyramid and eating at least 7 servings combined of fruits and vegetables but i eat as many as possible
youd be so surprised at how many vegetarian friendly meat replacements there are! check out brands like yves quorn morning star helens kitchen and amys
only eat whole grain carbs
i lost 20 pounds just by doing this! now im becoming a total vegan which is a lot harder and i dont recommend that at first
being a vegetarian is really SO EASY. with these few simple changes you can lose weight and be much healthier in so many ways
plus it was an easy diet for me because you can still eat as much as you want plus theres so many reasons to be a vegetarian anyway. whenever i felt like giving up i would just watch some sad peta videos and it reminds me how worth it it is to be a vegetarian.
