The biggest obstacle is teenagers think they know EVERYTHING when in fact they are too young to know much. They will realize this when they get older, but it is frustrating until then.





Yes, when I was a teenager, I thought I knew everything, even into my mid 20's.What are some of the worst asspects of living with teenagers and why?
My teens were actually raised in a different time: I can


tell you what I know from then, and what I see with my


grandchildren though.


It seems like a hard time...they are trying to figure out who


and what they are and what to be, how to fit in and how


to get out of the places inside and out, that they don't


want to be in.


They want to be their own selves, but they're still at least


somewhat dependent on others for their needs, so this


leads to resentment and rebelling. The parents seem so


stupid, with all the rules and regulations, and most


teens seem to be bent on pushing as hard as they


can, to prove that they don't have to listen or obey.


On top of this, the hormones, OMG. Up, down, sideways


and upside down. Smile can be tears, anger or


sarcasm with the moment's notice. Little kid one time,


trying-sophisticate the next, roller coaster.


Having people tell them this is the best years of their


life, and that they're too big for this, old enough to know


better, but not grown up enough for the other, does


not help.
OK, where to start? My older sister use to tell me that know one likes teen agers. I though that she was mean.


Then 1 by 1 my sweet babys have become teen agers.


They are selfish, rude, lazy. they have to be. The are going from being kids to being men and women. don't worry it only lastes till they are 24. Good luck!
One of the worst aspects with living with teens is that most of them are very self centered. They still haven't gotten the fact that the world does not revolve around them so they expect everyone to please them.
They're selfish, bitchy, sleep a lot in common spaces, hog the bathroom, telephone, Television, and computer, as well as the food supply, and they smell really bad a lot of the time.
teenagers are not mature thinkers, there focus is liming, shopping,etc.


they keep there surrounding dirty,and dont clean up after themselves,


they hate responsibility
They can be sullen and apathetic for no other reason than that they are bored. Perhaps they have been socially spoiled by our Betty Crocker culture.
