Lunch Ideas For Teenagers?

Hi, I'm 14 years old, and would like a better lunch variety for when I am at home and hungry.(I'm growing tired of Chef Boyardee.) Okay, I am not a great chef, but I have basic skills- I can boil water, slice and dice, use the oven and stove, and I know the definition of a colander. I need good recipes for lunch that can be made with common household ingredients. Please be detailed and, um...tasty! Thank you!Lunch Ideas For Teenagers?
You could make tacos, burittos, hamburgers, ramen noodles, mac and cheese, rice -a- roni, soups and salads, ham and cheese sandwiches, grilled cheese sandwiches - just some suggestions.Lunch Ideas For Teenagers?
sandwich meat ,grilled it in a small amount of olive oil with onions and pepper, a few drops of lemon juice for taste, and fresh spinach instead of lettuce. although I wouldn't pack it in a lunch, as the spinach should be cool and washed and dried just before use. Also fried sweet potatoes are yummy, you asked for details, well wash, peel em, slice em thin or chunk, nuke em for about 4 mins, then fry em in a bit of olive oil, and salt %26amp; pepper as you like! Also try sauting onion spinach and pepper in lemon aide, yes the drink) it is good!
Hope that this site helps you. Enjoy!!!
burritos are easy... just get some tortillas, cheese and beans... or you can make salads, or sandwiches.. using the skillet, you can make grilled cheese or grilled ham and cheese too...

Texan teenage lunch%26gt;tortilla, cheese, grilled meat (chicken, beef or sausage) and some salsa. Stick in the microwave for a few secs to melt the cheese. Take out and put lettuce, tomatoes, and a scoop of sour cream, roll up and eat. NUM!
Ok, sweetie as a Mother of a sixteen year old daughter. Here's what my daughter likes. A grilled cheese sandwich, which she adds a slice of onion and tomotoe to it. Sometimes a chef salad with turkey, ham, cheese, onion, lettuce and of course fruit salad is great. All which is easy to make............

Good Luck!
How about a nice sub sandwich?

How about hummus? Puree a can of chick peas in a food processor with a little of the liquid, a little sesame tahini, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Other spices as you like. Take some with raw veggies and pita bread. Dip away! It's yummy.
You can make a stir fry if you have leftover meat. Boil the noodles and drain them, then use the same pan to fry them with some oil or butter, the meat, any veggies you have on hand, and some salt and pepper. I had the same problem, and it's pretty cool what you can come up with. If you buy frozen bread dough, you can make yourself a roll or even a whole loaf of bread in half an hour. With that, you can put on lunch meat and cheese and broil it until the cheese melts. It's like a deli sandwich at home!
Uncle Bens rice packets....they are great..im 15 so i know ur pain...
I have two 13 yr old boys and what they love to fix most is quesidillas. I cheat by getting differant kinds of cheeses and deli meats. They get a variety everytime I go shopping. Just heat your pan, throw in a tortilla, sprinkle w/cheese, sprinkle w/meat... add second tortilla.

Let it brown on one side and flip it. When it has browned on both sides, take it out of the pan and cut it in quarters. Eat w/salsa or dip of choice.

Basic spahetti....

Cook and drain pasta

saute vegtables you like in olive oil

add pasta and alittle bit of sauce along w/vegtables and let it fry. The sauce will stick to the noodles. Wallah, your a chef!

Straw Hat

Fritos

Browned ground beef

Quesidillas:

Cut up a piece of chicken and put a little bit of taco seasoning on it. Then fry it in a pan. Put the chicken and some cheese in a softshell and microwave.

(If your family has a george forman grill put it on here the soft shell will get nice and crunchy.)

Buy some sandwich meat and have just lunch meat sandwiches.

Boil some ramen noodles until they are cooked, pour out the water and then add some eggs and scramble them. It is actually quite good.
How about grilled cheese and tomato soup? Easy and tasty? You can even add a slice of turkey or ham into your grilled cheese for a grilled ham and cheese, or turkey, sandwich
