What is it with teenagers these days?

The teens in my class are so weird, they bash the USA and Americans everyday, call them every name under the sun and then at the same time talk about how glad they are that the UK now has proms, sweet 16, cheerleading, captain of the football team, prom king/queen and year books.What is it with teenagers these days?
Why dont you just ignore them and get on with your life, its not that important.





Because its an extreme Americanization and i knew i wouldnt enjoy it i refused to attend my school prom.What is it with teenagers these days?
because, they like having proms,year books ect ect because thats what you see in all the american teen movies, but i think they think they take things too far, and go on about the prom for example. and they always have the same groups of people in the films, like cheerleaders and football team = popular, and so on. but its not like that in most schools.and i think that sweet 16 birthdays have always been quite big in the uk, but not as big as in usa as thats like the uk;s 18 and 21 birthday.
Just because the UK has those things now , that means that the must like the whole entire country for it? , Thats not how people think nevermind teens, They have never been the the US so americans shouldnt take offence its just what teens do , who cares , i like america and im britsh , but all my class mate always bash England , cos we are scottish , but its not like weve ever been to enlgland, cos most of us havent.
this happens a lot but i think most of these things have happened in UK for a while but just not a big and as much as the USA-i have to admit that yes, i do dis them, but only as like a mess about, but i would love to live in america instead of s**t little england but we've always had captains of the football team!
ALOT OF PEOPLE ON YAHOO! LIVE IN UK!! crazy, well times are really bad in USA, beleive me the houses are soaring down, even my dad lost his job and hes been working there for 10 years!!!!!!!!!!!!!SO CRAZY! it took him so many months to get a new job, and now we have to move! and i had recently transfered schools which used to be one of the best in nation but its horrible! and eduacation is horrible!! some ppl might like how America has all these stuff, and i can't beleive you guys don't have that!!!!!SOME PPL MIGHT BE A LITTLE MEAN, JELOUSY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!IM glad ur not like that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!… LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!…
This may sound mean, but we US'ers don't really care what those of you in other countries think. We are too caught up in our on lives.





However, if you come over here for a study abroad or foriegn exchange, we will be super sweet to you and ask you all kind's of questions about your country. We like to make friend's.

I have no idea. I'm from Spain, and have just moved to The UK... They're just all a buch of hypocrites, though. And what is up with random people hanging round on CORNERS, in the FREEZING COLD SNOWY WEATHER, wearing HOODIES?!

Teenagers are crazy. They always have been. I'm a teenager, and I'll admit I'm pretty crazy.
I adore America and am fascinated by it.

Dunno wherabouts you live in the uk, but I live in london and most people here wear I heart ny tshirts 24/7 and we've never even been to new york :P
