Do you think that TWO teenagers can be the authors of a book?

Me and my friend are thinking about writing a book but I'm worried. We are both creative and both have good incite on the story but would it ruin it?As in would it not have the same ';voice'; throughout the story? And suppose we did write it.Is it possible to get it published with two teenaged authors?Do you think that TWO teenagers can be the authors of a book?
My answer is: YES of course!

With the advent of self-publishing, any writer can now become a book author.

I hope you find this answer helpful.Do you think that TWO teenagers can be the authors of a book?
Yeah, it's possible to be published with two authors. There is a book called ';Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist'; which is written by two different authors; it is now huge and became a movie :D The authors also wrote another book.

It might work better if you each write a different character's perspective because otherwise you may contradict one another.
Yes go for it!

Two minds are better then one often times and you can balance each others writer's block and any weaknesses you may have as writers.

One of the other answers said you can switch perspectives. Although it may indeed produce some friction and difficulties at times. Having different characters be more or less written by one of you alone would add to the interaction and diversity to your book's characters. But beware that if your characters become too potent they may dominate the book rather then having events shape the plot. But then again that can be a good thing. It really depends on what you want.
I don't see why not. If you both have good insight, and you're both good writers you should be fine. I'm seeing a lot more books come out with two or more authors, and you could use the fact that you're both teenagers as a selling point. When I was a teen I would have at least read a book if I knew it was written by another teen.
I was hoping that my friend and I could write our book together and BOTH our names could be on the cover of the book. I don't know if a publishing company would allow that, but I know that we'll both be adults by the time the book gets published.

Would you answer my question? http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?鈥?/a>
