That would be governed by your state laws. Different states have different laws about when minors are allowed to be in establishments that serve alcohol. It often depends also on if they are serving food or just alcohol.Is it legal for teenagers to be in a VFW post where drinks are served?
Absolutely not! If they could then you could say that they could purchase alcoholic beverages from a Super Market. After all, it's not intended to be a bar . . . It's a grocery store!
Depends on state laws. I found in Canada that no one under 21 could be in the room the bar was in. None that I know of allow minors to sit at the bar but can sit at a table.
as long as they're not drinking themselves sure but call them and ask.
